ENHANCE 2025

Dear friends and colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the Second virtual Symposium presented by the Molecular Phylogenetic Lab of the Department of Life and Environmental Sciences (DISVA), Polytechnic University of Marche.

The key theme is “ENvironmental cHANges, Conservation biology, and Evolution - ENHANCE”. The symposium is organized in two sessions “conservation biology” and “repetitive DNA” in animal species. The former aims to understand how genetic biodiversity is crucial for species resilience; the latter focuses on the role of “repetitive DNA” in shaping genomes and regulatory networks to allow species adaptation.

The two sessions will be opened by invited speakers.

Awards for the best oral presentation and the best poster will be assigned to young researchers and therefore we encourage them to share their results and to take up this opportunity.

The deadline for submission of abstracts and registration as presenter is 30 April 2025, but registration for not presenter will remain open until 10 June 2025.

The registration is free of charge and is open to 200 participants.
